Summary:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengtheningcommunity through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Under the direct supervision ofthe Food Service Manager on Duty and the Host/Hostess on duty, it is the primary responsibility of the Server tosee that the Dining Room, adjacent hallways, serving aisles, beverage stations, and tables are maintained in aclean, pleasing, and safe manner.
S/He will assist any guest with special needs and or problems in the DiningRoom.
The Server will assist in any way possible, in order to maintain the high standard with which the YMCA ofthe Ozarks has established.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB
Responsibilities:
1.
Assisting in the setup of all food serving aisles2.
Set up, maintain, stock, clean and breakdown all beverage stations.
3.
Set up and maintain, in a clean manner, the wait station on the south side of the dining room4.
Assist or complete the stocking of all plate and flatware at all serving stations in the dining room5.
Pre-bus any table that can be done if the guest will not be inconvenienced in any way6.
Bus any and all tables after the guest have left ensuring that the table is properly set up for the nextguest that will be sitting at that table7.
Complete all daily and weekly cleaning checklists as assigned by the Host/Hostess or the Food ServiceManager on Duty.
8.
Follow all policies and procedures of the YMCA of the Ozarks and the Food Service Department.
9.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Prior food service experience preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical Mobility:
walking, climbing, stairs, standing, kneeling, bending, leaning, stooping and sitting forextended periods of time.
Physical Dexterity:
Ability to clean and restock beverage machine and other supplies.
Lifting:
ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Sensory Requirements:
ability to hear, listen, speak, smell, touch, taste, see and distinguish colors.
Ability to maintain alertness for several hours at a time.
Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
Ability to tolerate extreme temperature conditions.

$9.
